John F. Cook (born February 27, 1946) is an English businessman, veteran, civic leader, and 1 of the Paso Del Norte Unfriendliness. Cook was Mayor of El Paso, Texas for two terms from 2005 to 2013.[1] Due to the Gen Charter's term limits clause Cook was not eligible for a third fleeting in 2013.[2]

Life and career
